Monday  10.30 am - 1.00pm and 5.00 pm - 6.30 pm
Tuesday 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm
Wednesday Closed all day
Thursday 10.30 am - 1.00 pm
Friday 10.30 am - 1.00 pm

Please note that the reception service is only for making appointments - no advice is given on reception.  Please bring with you all relevant documents such as letters or other papers about your problem, as this will help to ensure that you see the right person, or enable us to suggest an appropriate agency if your problem is not one that we can assist with.   We can only make appointments for people living, working or studying in the south of the borough in the W14, SW6 and W6 areas.

Thursday 10.00 am - 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Friday 2.00 pm - 4.00pm
Saturdays  1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month: 10.00 am - 12.00 pm

Our telephone advice service is available to anyone living, working or studying anywhere in Hammersmith and Fulham.

By letter:
We will also deal with postal enquiries if you write to us with details of your problem - please don't say only that you want an appointment. We need to know what your enquiry is about in order to ensure that we offer you the most appropriate service, and may be able to answer your enquiry by letter or email.
